Chocolate Blueberry Portables

Preheat oven to 375

Set 2 cups “flour” aside.

Add the following ingredients into blender:

·       2 cups favorite flour (we mix almond & GF homemade blend)

·       6 tablespoons raw cacao powder

·       1/4 teaspoon salt

·       1 cup fresh blueberries

·       2 banana

·       2 tablespoons maple or sweetener

·       1/3 cup “milk” we use Ripple

·       1/3 cup oil

·       2 teaspoons vanilla extract

·       4 eggs, room temperature

·       1 tsp blue spirulina

Mix until smooth. Pour the batter into a large jelly roll pan and bake until slightly cracked on top. Cut into 1.5 inch squares. Wrap and eat as needed – pre or post workout!
