Fast fix cinnamon apple donuts

Fast fix and healthier alternative!

Makes 12 Doughnuts

INGREDIENTS

2 eggs

2 tablespoons almond/nut butter

1 tablespoon oliveoil

6oz vanilla oat yogurt

1 cup GF pancake mix

Maple syrup to taste (optional)

DIRECTIONS

Mix all ingredients and spoon into oil wiped donut pan.

Place in oven and turn to 400 degrees.

Allow donuts to cook until firm usually 10-12 minutes.
