Fast fix cinnamon apple donuts

Fast fix cinnamon apple donuts

Great for breakfast or high protein snack — these donuts will replenish your muscles post workout and provide prebiotics/fiber to aid digestion.

They are so easy to make, super healthy, and store in the fridge well!

Ingredients per 4 donuts:

2 eggs

2 tablespoons almond butter

1/4 cup organic cinnamon applesauce

2 tablespoons organic pancake (we use King Arthur GF)

Maple syrup to taste (optional)

Oil to coat donut pan

To make:

Mix all ingredients and pour into oil wiped donut pan. Fill empty spaces with a bit of water.

Place in oven and turn to 400 degrees.

Allow donuts to cook until firm usually 10-12 minutes.

Note: do not preheat oven. Bake from room temperature - this allows for a softer texture.
