-
The process of working with Aspire is very simple. You can reach out in whichever way you feel more comfortable:
Click Contact Info button
Email directly or
Send text
Then, provide brief details about the type of information in which you are interested, and we will get back to you.
-
1:1 sessions are very personalized -- we cover what the athlete brings to the table. For example: tips for peak performance training, time management, fear of failure, technical skills, training regimens, sleep hygiene, sports nutrition, team dynamics and more...
Face-time/virtual consults are mid-morning and later afternoon, but these may vary to match time-zones.
In person on weekends with limited availability so must be scheduled in advance.
On-site texting is available as a quick way to re-focus at the comp, pre-practice, and so forth. Many athletes LOVE this feature!
-
As a parent you will get the same features as listed above for your athlete. In general we keep you informed with best practices to support your athlete, communicate with coach/team, and maintain a sound family system to support your athlete in training. We recommend our high-level athlete-parents schedule 2-4 sessions per year.
-
Sessions are available for your team (either in small groups or seminar format), coaching-staff, or support staff (PTs, massage therapist, chiropractors, home-school proctors etc).
Aspire meets with anyone that is involved with high level athletes-in-training, to allow everyones experience in sport be the best it can be.
